FAQ
Are wicks included?
30 wicks are included per 500g of sand wax, you may also upgrade to wooden wicks.
How long does it burn?
It depends on the size of your container. On average, a standard glass will burn for approximately 3 hours. We recommend extinguishing it before the wax pool contacts the edge of the container.
What happens if it spills?
The flame automatically extinguishes when tipped over, making it much safer than traditional candles.
Is it safe for pets and children?
Yes! We offer an unscented version that is pet and child friendly. All our wax is made from 100% natural plant-based ingredients.
Can I reuse the wax?
Yes! Simply top up the wax and replace the wick once burned down.
